WTF-Marijuana Laws Unfair to Blacks

The following is an excerpt from a marijuana legalization article from CNN.com:
Reps. William Lacy Clay, D-Missouri, and Barbara Lee, D-California, said that in addition to targeting nonviolent offenders, U.S. marijuana laws unfairly target African-Americans.
How does a law unfairly affect any one ethnic group in America?  Does the law say go search black people to see if [...]

How?
Many Marines are coming home from Iraq with money burning a hole in their pocket and [...]

New Leave Policy

Use it or loose it
Every year hundreds if not thousands of Marines and service members loose accrues leave due to the fact that you can only carry over a leave balance of 60 days from one fiscal year to the next.  So any days of leave over 60 that you had on Sept 30 are [...]

When did a contract become not a contract?

My question is this?  When did it become acceptable to sign a contract and then not honor the terms of said contract?  I am talking about sports and in particular about football.  Seems that every year you hear about a player that is going to sit out of camp or even not play the season [...]
