		<description>It sounds more like a Robin Hood tactic to gain public sentiment and &quot;buy&quot; votes. Personally, I don&#039;t think another round of stimulus checks is the answer, and I certainly don&#039;t think a windfall tax on oil profits is the answer. An improvement over the stimulus checks is the $50B State Growth Fund and the Jobs and Growth Fund he proposed as part of the stimulus. At least those create jobs and repair bridges, roads, and schools. Closing tax loopholes seems like a great place to start looking for the funds to pay for it.</description>
