During my past four day weekend I was able to really put some time into this blog. I was able to surf around the net and find other milblogs and able to read and make comments on many of them. I would like to take this time to thank all of those that have come by and returned comments and to those who have added me to their blog rolls over the past couple of days.
I must single out Marcus from A Soldier’s Perspective for his article sending his readers to me. I appreciate it all and look forward to reading all your blogs and exchanging ideas with you all.

While I disagree with most of what CJ and Marcus promote at ASP, I find them both to be straight up folk who wish the best for our country, and who have served our country.

Nephi If you disagree with their politics you are probably going to disagree with mine as well but it is all good as we serve so that everyone can have their own opinion.

Hi JH! Unlike the person who calls themself Nephi, I adore Marcus and CJ, as well as agreeing with most of what they say. Then again, I’ve had the privilege of knowing them outside their blog. If one of them sends me here, you come HIGHLY recommended IMO.

Marcus and CJ are ‘Gods’ to me. They gave me comfort and voice when I really needed it.
Love your post’s Jarhead. Been to the ‘Rock’ myself some years ago, but only spent a few days there. Keep up the good work Marine.
