Maybe He isn’t all Bad
While I still do not agree with President Elect Obama’s fiscal and monetary plans I have come to the realization that he might not be the anti-christ that I thought he was. It seems that he has plans that will keep the US Military active in the War on Terrorism.
Now I know that he wants to get the troops home as soon as possible as we all want them to come home, but not until the mission is accomplished. He has said that we will listen to his Joint Chiefs of Staff in regards to a pull out in Iraq. That part of the war is almost over it seems.
On the other front though President Elect Obama wants to send more troops to Afghanistan and increase the efforts in hunting down the spineless bastard Osama Bin Laden. Obama believes that this is the key to breaking up al Qaeda and that should be the military’s number one mission.
I applaud Obama and I hope that his administration and the JCS agree to put more boots on the ground in Afghanistan and if need be Pakistan so that we can neutralize the number on enemy of the state. Ridding the world of hateful people like Bin Laden, the Taliban and Al Qaeda can only make this a better world to live in.

Careful though, he’s talking a lot about negotiating with the Taliban…which could be problematic for a lot of reasons…

I think I will wait until after he has taken the ‘Oath of Office’.
Within 24 hours we should be able to see where he is headed because he will have the power. And his words will have more meaning then they do now.
Fingers are crossed for the best out-come.

Hey all I said was that MAYBE he isn’t all bad. As disgusted as I am with his election he is soon to be my Commander-in-Chief so no matter how much I don’t personally like him I miust do what he says. Negotiating with terrorists is bad JU-JU.
